The Grand Opening Celebration was held on June 23rd 2009 and marked the official launch the property.  In attendance was the Mayor Harvey Rosen who officially cut the ribbon. Nearly 400 guests participated in the celebration,  touring the property and enjoying a  selection of gourmet delights prepared by our executive Chef.  in keeping with the Royalton's constant support of the community a $2,500 donation was made to Pro Kids .
 

May 2009
The final phases of construction complete and with an improvement in the weather the landscapers go to work finishing the terrace, laying sod, and completing the foundation plantings.

April 2009
The building opens!  The Royalton proudly received it's first residents on April 6th, 2009.  They would be joined by many others in the coming weeks as our residents slowly joined our growing community.

March 2009
The decorative stone work in the Library fireplace is completed.






 

February 2009
Despite the cold weather crews continue to work at a steady pace within the building as we move towards completion.

The interior courtyard created by the buildings two wings and the stairs leading from the outdoor terrace to the lover level patio dining area and barbecue.

Decorative stone work is installed.

Model suites are now open

Brick work is completed with interior areas now being worked on.

Tyvek is installed in preparation for the brick work.

January 2008
Construction continues as the remaining floors are completed.  Soon trades will begin completing the interior areas.

The Presentation Centre prepares for it's Holiday Open House.

The ground breaking ceremony for the Royalton Kingston took place on March 16th, 2007. In attendance were representatives from Liberty Assisted Living, The Coram Construction Group,  Councilor Bill Glover and Gary Bissonette from the local YMCA who also received a generous donation from The Coram Construction Group.
